Vendor Application Terms and Conditions

By submitting your Vendor Application Form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Application Review
    Submission of the form does not guarantee approval as a vendor. All applications will be subject to review by Polkemmet Embroidery. You will be notified of the outcome within 14 business days of submission.
  2. Royalty Agreement
    Upon approval, vendors will receive royalties on sales of their branded merchandise featured in the Polkemmet Embroidery Shop. Royalties will be calculated as a percentage of net sales, excluding shipping and handling fees, discounts, and applicable taxes. The specific percentage will be communicated during the onboarding process.
  3. Product Ownership
    All branded merchandise submitted by vendors must comply with copyright laws and intellectual property rights. The vendor represents and warrants that they own the rights to the branding and designs of the merchandise or have been authorised to use them. Polkemmet Embroidery is not responsible for any copyright infringements or disputes that arise from the sale of the products.
  4. Vendor Responsibilities
    Vendors are responsible for ensuring their product listings, descriptions, and branding are accurate and up to date. Polkemmet Embroidery reserves the right to remove or edit listings that do not comply with these standards.
  5. Payments and Invoicing
    Royalties will be paid out on a quarterly basis. Vendors must provide accurate bank account details or PayPal information for payments. Any errors in payment details provided are the responsibility of the vendor and may result in payment delays.
  6. Termination of Vendor Agreement
    Polkemmet Embroidery reserves the right to terminate the vendor agreement at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate. Vendors may also request to terminate their agreement, subject to a 30-day notice period.
  7. Changes to Terms
    Polkemmet Embroidery may update or modify these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes and continued participation in the shop will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
