We understand that things don’t always go right and there may be some instances where you need to return some goods to us. We’ve outlined our streamline Returns policy below so you know what to do if this situation occurs. 

  • Due to the high cost of administration, samples are strictly non-returnable.
  • Printed or embroidered garments will not be accepted back under any circumstances.
  • Only faulty garments which have not been worn or processed will be credited in full.  These must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
  • Return Form must be completed in full in order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number in which will allow for the goods to be returned. This number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging of the goods being returned to us.
  • If goods have been incorrectly sent to you then please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange collection.
  • No goods will be authorised to be returned if they were purchased more than three months previous.
  • Any goods accepted back will be subject to a 10% (£10 minimum) handling and administration fee, as well as carriage costs if applicable.
  • Underwear is strictly non-returnable.

Any returns in which do not adhere to the above process will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
